The Berlin Wall

Celine was very kind and took us on a tour of parts of East Berlin including the preserved part of the wall - the East Side Gallery. We took her to dinner afterwards to thank her. The wall was built in 1961 and came down in 1989 only 26 years ago. It is amazing to see how much development there has been since that time.
